Two new web stores opened.

August 3, 2007

I’ve just finished creating two new web stores:

Buy Toys Online

Looking for the latest, hard to find toys and games for your kids?

Or maybe a replacement for a long lost game that you used to own? Let’s face it, life is no fun if it’s all work and no play!

At Buy Toys Online I have collated all the games and toys available to buy at online auctions in to one handy web site.

Rare Coin Store

There is something absolutely fascinating about holding in your hand a relic from hundreds of years before even Christ was born. Once the hobby of just kings and noble men, coin collecting is now accessible to everyone and the internet has made this even more possible.

At the Rare Coin Store I have collated all the available coins to buy from online auctions in to one handy site. From Roman and Ancient Greek and further back still, Widow’s Mites from the time of Christ and ancient civilizations that existed long before Christ, they are all here. Even modern American, European and beyond coins are collectible.

Autograph hunting - I used to, did you?

June 20, 2007

When I was younger I used to love punk music and my prized possession was a corner of a paper table cloth signed by Jake Burns of Stiff Little Fingers. I treasured that momento until one day I couldn’t find it and even now it still bugs me as to where it could possibly be - he was a great bloke as well (and probably still is!) which makes it even worse. I was just 14 when I got it but that scrap of paper would still mean a lot to me even today.

I got to thinking about the autograph and did a bit of research and there are places online that sell autographs - eBay is a fantastic resource but a little difficult to navigate sttraight in to what you want so I set up The Autograph Hunter - a site where you can search for everyone from film and TV stars to music stars and even royalty.

Take a look at http://the-autograph-hunter.com/

My youngest son is showing an interest in music!

Reborn doll store launched

April 26, 2007

I’ve always been fascinated by the skill and artistry that goes in to the creation of “reborn” dolls. These amazing creatures have an incredible life like appearance and are highly collectible.

I have set up a web site that lists reborn babies, OOAK (One Of A Kind), Berenguer etc at www.reborndollstore.com

Take a look today and I guarantee you will be amazed at what these reborn artists can do. If you are looking to buy reborn dolls then this is the pace to visit.

All eProducts in one place :)

I have just added a nice feature at my home site. All Clickbank ebooks, software etc can be found at http://kiosk2.com/market_place

Do you suffer from panic attacks and anxiety disorder?

February 15, 2007

You don’t have to keep letting your anxiety disorder run your life. You can take back your inner power and change your life for the better starting today! In order to have control of a thing, you first must understand it. And that is what this handy little guide will help you do. Understand this illness for what it is. And, what it isn’t.

Let me further tell you that this guide isn’t just for those that suffer on a day to day basis with Anxiety though. This is also a guide for those that may be living with someone wrapped up in this difficult battle.

For a disorder that is spread out across the United States and has more than 40 Million sufferers, it is one of the most misunderstood illnesses in the nation. And why? Not because the information on this dipilitating disorder isn’t available. No. But because for someone who is currently struggling to get a grip on their Anxiety, it can be next to impossible to perform such a task. Especially if they are experiencing a full blown Anxiety attack!

And it’s also for those out there that might not even know that they, or someone they love is suffering from Anxiety Disorder simply because they have never been told what it is. Would you know what signs to look for?

Here are just a few of the more general symptoms that are tell-tale signs that you, or a loved one may be suffering from Anxiety Disorder:

  • Increased Nervousness, Dizziness, or Feeling Faint
  • Excessive Worry Over Everyday Events or Feeling Overwhelmed
  • A Increased and Pounding Heartbeat
  • Feelings of Smothering or Finding It Hard To Breath For No Obvious Reason
  • Inability To Get A Proper Night’s Rest or Wanting To Sleep Too Much

While these are not all the symptoms one may experience, these are the more common ones associated with Anxiety Disorder in general. But why is this illness so hard to pinpoint? Because there is more than one type of Anxiety Disorder one may be suffering from!

And when you secure your copy of Getting To Know Anxiety, you will learn which disorder has which symptoms and how to distinguish what type you or a loved one may be dealing with.

Getting To Know Anxiety was written with the common man, or woman in mind. It isn’t filled with a lot of “filler” materials that will waste your time, or a bunch of technical mumbo-jumbo you won’t understand. It’s in plain english and quickly “gets to the heart” of the explanations without zapping your already precious time. It is available in PDF format so that anyone with a computer can learn from the knowledge inside this wonderful ebook.

Sure, you could find other ebooks that are much larger in size, but why would you want to? All you would end up doing is skimming over it to find the real content you crave! Cut out all the nonsense and download your copy of Getting To Know Anxiety. You will have it immediately so again, there will be no wasted time!

I ask you in all honesty my friend, isn’t it time you took control of your life back? Knowledge is indeed power. Empower yourself today and learn everything you can about this common, yet often overlooked Disorder right now. It could be the best decision you ever make.

The choice is yours. . . .

I am no longer a slave to nicotine!

February 12, 2007

There - I said it.

I have been addicted to cigarettes since I was 16 years old and apart from a 5 year gap (yup - 5 years, stupid me) I have been an absolute slave to that stinky habit. It must be the only thing I ever did that I hated whilst I was doing it but still craved to do it again.

I gave up, as mentioned, for 5 years and got the stage where I nenver imagine being a smoker again. I never thought about cigarettes, never craved them and it never even bothered me when others smoked around me. I went through losing my father and losing a long term job without even thinking about them too.

One evening whilst having a brandy (or two) with a mate, he was about to step outside for a cigarette in the rain as, like most ex-smokers, I had banned smoking in my house but as it was raining I said it would be ok for him to smoke inside. He said it was ok to smoke outside but I insisted and said that it didn’t bother me one bit and also, to prove it, I would have one with him. BIG MISTAKE! Within two weeks I was asking friends for cigarettes and within a month I was buying them and hooked again. I was so annoyed that such a stupid thing as one cigarette could spark it off again after 5 years.

I have tried numerous times to give up in the last few years and the longest I have lasted is 20 hours (ridiculous I know. Well it is 3 weeks now since I last smoked and I am determined that there will be no more “slavery to the nicotine”.

I am using nicotine patches as this is what I used before and so far so good. For the record, the first 4 days were very difficult and then it was easy until day 12 when I had cravings again. I know though that just one cig and I’ll be hooked again and that is my focus this time. My mum is ecstatic, my 4 year old bemused as to why I have to wear “plasters” but the proudest person of all is me right now - keep it up Dave! (Damn, I’m talking to myself, maybe this is a side effect).

>Update - I tried to be clever and save on the nicotine patches this week. Result extreme anxiety, withdrawl pains and almost a nervous breakdown - seriously, that’s how I felt plus two nights with no sleep. I was under the impression that the nictine craving would be gone within a hour or so but after two days of hell I realised that I must “follow the instructions” on the pack and stop being a smart arse. Within an hour of putting on a patch again I was fine. I was very nearly tempted to but some cigarettes but I am very determined this time…!
